i am a newbie in this whole driving scheme; although i already got my own driver's license and legally drive on the street. still, im the new member... well, not a very well one tee-hee

that afternoon, i was driving all the way home from global and its raining. i never mentioned that rain can be such dramatic and touchy--sense of melancholy surrounded me back then while I saw the water reached and clash with the highway's surface.


naturally incredible; i wont forget that scene.

today was fine; i went to Danya's (thanks to nandi's kindness) to work on our group 4 project ( similar to science experiment) the theme is water and we decided to make a tsunami alarm : D then after the whole exhausting trip to deplu-bintaro... i was dropped by nandi on citos and yes he came by :) woo-hoo i really didnt expect this et-al although his house is as near as a jump to citos.

after an hourof blahblahblahs (and a tall cafe mocha) i went home cause cousins from holland were waiting in my house; it was fun though they were playing the videos back when they're visiting indonesia in 1987 (wow gue belom lahir) its just fun to see your aunties and uncles when they were (much) younger.

mangoes and yogurt

the perfection of delicatessen is fashioned from the original blend of sweet and sour redemption; the sour yogurt of sour sally and sweet mango topping perfected my day. As if, this so-called ideology not working in our life as a whole.

at the very personal stage of mind, i would suggest that this perfection of sweet and sour brings perfection on our day-to-day basis activities. sometimes overloaded sweet would be annoying and lack of sour sharpen anxieties.

life won't give you too many mangoes or yogurt.

but sometimes you just nausea over perfection, cause perfection is killing you inside; leaving you yearning alone, asking for your life back yes your happy days without perfect-minded-way-of-thinking.

Just woke up and checked my e-mail, and woo-hoo, i got this news from WWF.

Provincial governments across Sumatra as well as the Indonesian government have just signed the first-ever island-wide commitment to protect Sumatra's stunning biodiversity.

see? wow finally they're encouraged to save our own biodiversity! i mean, im not that care if people are stealing our islands (you-know who) cause i think it would be better if have what we dont need though haha but since forests are formed from trees and animals in it... no, we just can't stay nicely and let them die, right? this has been a major issue back then because:

Since the 1980s Sumatra has lost nearly 50% of its forest cover to logging and
agriculture.

my cable internet modem seems... broken haha i dont know why, but surely annoying so yeah. im using my old speedy now (which will getting lamer and lamer after ken turned on his laptop) i should call firstmedia though... i hate when they called several times and asking whether i want to install their cable tv too or noot, i mean, i already have two (bokap korban astro world cup/apalah cup kmaren).

bandara soekarno-hatta selalu menyajikan imaji sederhana; waktu kecil selalu protes dengan bandara yang panas dan terkesan sangat tidak modern apabila dibandingkan dengan bandara-bandara internasional lainnya sampai pada suatu hari keberatan itu dilontarkan dan ibu menjawab "memang seperti itulah tujuan pembuatan bandara ini, untuk menyajikan indonesia yang sebenarnya." Indonesia yang sebenarnya; yang tradisional, yang terdiri dari multikulturalisme, yang menjujung tinggi kesederhanaan (toh pada prakteknya harta yang bergelimpangan hanya membuat mereka korupsi).

Maka pada saat menjejak bandara itu lagi, untuk yang berpuluh kalinya, kesederhanaan itu terserap dan bahkan terselip sedikit rasa rindu yang unik. mungkin rindu terhadap kesederhanaan itu, kepada indonesia yang sebenarnya itu sendiri.
